Shipping
All items are shipped according to the preferences selected by the user at time of checkout. All items are made-to-order and will be produced and shipped within 30 days of order receipt and payment. Unless otherwise specifically stated in the description for a specific item, credit card transactions are not finalized until the item is ready to ship.
Returns
Exchanges and returns may be arranged for merchandise that is in new condition and has not been worn or for unopened media products. Defective media products may be replaced once we have inspected the item. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the BandVideos.com staff. In the event that a refund is authorized, the refund will not include shipping & handling costs.
