Recently our customers have shown extensive interest regarding our productions on DVD. Since distributing the DVDs, we have had a few returned for non-compatibility. The discs either did not play or were intermittent at best.
Our suggested remedy for these problems is as follow:
1. Check the compatibility of the player. Go to VCDhelp.com for more information.
2. Return the disc to us for a VHS replacement. Some DVD-R discs simply will not play in some DVD players.
